Terms of Service
Last updated August 4, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Chat Misr’s website and AI workspace.
Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Chat Misr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live.
Your account
Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us at support@chatmisr.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification, suspend access, or protect an account when necessary for security or to investigate misuse.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Do not violate another person’s rights or privacy; submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls; interfere with the Service; scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits; or use the Service to develop or support competing AI models without our written permission.
Your content and AI output
You retain rights you have in content you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit content. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review all output before relying on or sharing it, and do not use it as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information used for Sign in with Google. The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process requests. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies where applicable.
Plans, credits, and payments
Any prices, credits, usage limits, and payment terms shown in the Service apply to the relevant offer and may change prospectively. Unless expressly stated otherwise, credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We will present any material payment terms before charging you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Chat Misr available, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every place or at every time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, improve the Service, or manage capacity. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes.
Our rights and your feedback
Chat Misr and its content, branding, software, and design are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and can permanently delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service must be protected, or we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. Chat Misr does not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Chat Misr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the Last updated date. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
